Guest Experience Advisor (Automotive)

What you will do

• Welcome guests and build lasting customer relationships.
• Listen carefully, ask effective questions, and communicate service information clearly.
• Handle difficult conversations and dissatisfied guests with patience and professionalism.
• Manage multiple priorities while staying organized and positive in a busy environment.
• Learn automotive repair processes through ongoing training and coaching.

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service, hospitality, or guest-facing experience preferred.
• Experience in hotels, upscale restaurants, concierge services, high-end retail, or other service-focused environments is strongly encouraged.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail, dependability, punctuality, and professional demeanor.
• Comfort using computers, phones, email, texting, and business software.
• Automotive experience is not required; willingness to learn is essential.
