Fabrication Operator - 1st Shift

Location: Anoka, Minnesota, United States; onsite, 1st shift

Compensation: $21.77–$29.37 per hour, with potential eligibility for additional compensation depending on the position offered.

What you will do

• Fabricate electrical and electronic enclosures according to production documentation and print specifications.
• Set up equipment, position materials and tooling, and maintain required dimensions.
• Perform rotational assignments including grinding, forming with a press brake, welding, and spot welding.
• Operate and maintain production equipment and move materials using approved handling equipment.
• Meet performance and production schedule standards while ensuring products meet quality specifications.
• Maintain accurate production, ihirify.globalory, and equipment records using a computer.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of manufacturing fabrication experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing practices and metal fabrication.
• Ability to use welding equipment, resistance spot welders, TIG spot guns, and stud welding equipment.
• Ability to operate a press brake with an NC controller.
• Ability to use material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, lift tables, and wheeled carts.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; ability to follow safety procedures and use required protective equipment.
