Metal Fabricator II

Location: Stuart, Florida, United States; on-site

Salary: $18–$23 per hour, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Set up and operate automatic or semi-automatic metalworking machinery and related production equipment.
• Read engineering blueprints, measure and mark component placement, and verify design specifications before cutting.
• Fabricate, construct, grind, and finish metal components.
• Perform quality checks and make minor equipment adjustments or repairs when needed.
• Monitor production controls, report malfunctions, complete daily logs, and follow safety procedures.

Requirements

• At least one year of metal fabrication or manufacturing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and perform basic math, including fractions and decimals.
• Proficiency with metal fabrication tools such as cold saws, band saws, tape measures, power tools, and drill presses.
• Ability to stand for a full shift, manipulate large metal pieces, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Applicants must already be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
