Project Management Analyst

Location: Stafford, VA, United States; on-site

Supports Department of Defense programs through project and contract management activities.

What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve project outcomes.
• Plan and execute programmatic reviews, including IPRs, PMRs, all-hands meetings, and budget reviews.
• Develop and maintain information repositories, program status reports, and acquisition documentation.
• Collect and analyze data and develop cost estimates.
• Manage project risks and maintain key stakeholder relationships.
• Arrange, facilitate, lead, and report on multiple weekly meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physical sciences, mathematics, management information systems, or business.
• At least two years of contract management experience.
• Experience with program acquisition documentation, data collection and analysis, cost estimates, and program status reports.
• Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation and Department of Defense procurement policies and procedures.

• Ability to navigate complex projects and deadlines while delivering consistent results.
• Ability to adapt communication styles, translate technical details into business insights, and bridge different stakeholder perspectives.
