Location: Richland, Washington, United States; predominantly on-site at the Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site, with some remote support approved by the Contracting Officer

What you will do
- Develop solicitations, evaluate proposals, support contract awards, and administer federal contracts.
- Prepare and coordinate contract change packages and analyze contract change requests.
- Track deliverables, maintain project files, and administer contract correspondence.
- Facilitate meetings and support task order and project management activities.
- Support invoice reviews, cost and price analysis, and project controls.
- Lead compliant contract file builds and closeouts while supporting DOE Hanford cleanup and remediation programs.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of federal procurement or contract support experience; DOE experience is preferred.
- BA/BS in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Experience with contract administration, compliance, cost and price analysis, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Strong attention to detail, negotiation, communication, and schedule discipline.
- Ability to work predominantly on-site at the Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site in Richland, Washington.
- Facility Clearance is required; DOE clearance may be required based on the assigned work.

- Relevant Environmental Management Sector experience.
- Professional certifications.
- Experience with Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, or Visio.
