What you will do

• Manage transformation initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring all milestones and deliverables are met.
• Lead the development and sequencing of detailed project workplans with clear ownership and success metrics.
• Collect and analyze data to measure project effectiveness and develop performance dashboards.
• Prepare concise, data-driven updates and presentations for senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to drive execution and remove organizational barriers.

Requirements

• 4+ years of project management experience, specifically supporting strategic or operational transformation.
• Demonstrated success managing the full project lifecycle from planning to implementation.
• Proficiency with project management platforms such as Asana, Smartsheet, Trello, or Monday.com.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data for decision-making.
• Must be based in the USA

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or highly regulated industries.
• Background in management consulting, strategy execution, or continuous improvement.
• PMP or other professional project management certifications.
