Trainer - Distribution

Location: Wellford, South Carolina, United States; onsite, 2nd shift

hirify.global Consumer Power Tools operates a distribution facility for consumer power tools.

What you will do

• Provide equipment training for operators of powered industrial trucks across distribution roles.
• Plan and facilitate training based on standard operating procedures and established work instructions.
• Maintain physical and electronic training files using SharePoint and PowerApps.
• Develop training materials with the Training Manager, Safety, and Management.
• Provide feedback on training materials and processes to support continual improvement.
• Report equipment issues and help maintain equipment in clean, safe working order.

Requirements

• High school education or 2–3 years of related experience.
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to operate powered industrial trucks safely and follow forklift safety rules and PPE requirements.
• Ability to stand 100% of the time, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
• Availability for long hours and weekends as needed; internal applicants must meet attendance, performance, and tenure requirements.
