Sales Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Analyze and prepare engineering change quotations and preliminary customer quotes to meet contribution margin targets.
• Validate material, labor, tooling, equipment, and miscellaneous costs, including board and component tooling quotations.
• Lead cross-functional cost-estimating coordination and ensure timely, accurate inputs for engineering changes.
• Support account management with tooling and expense audits, cash collection, and revenue enhancement tracking.
• Maintain individual and team quotation trackers and keep cost source records for new components.
• Approve engineering changes in ECM and present quotation drivers during weekly CCP2 preparation and review calls.

Requirements

• High level of English proficiency required, at 80% or higher.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product engineering, assembly processes, manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or a related area.
• Knowledge of ECM and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate with multiple cost-estimating departments, challenge provided data, prioritize conflicting tasks, make timely decisions, and solve problems independently.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
