Product Engineering

Location: Nogales, Sonora, Mexico; onsite

What you will do

• Consult with customers on product design, development, maintenance, installation, and technical solutions.
• Analyze product proposals and determine technical feasibility.
• Implement and document Engineering Change Orders, Engineering Change Notifications, and change-control requests.
• Integrate and document order-specific information, first-article, and prototype orders.
• Resolve technical and process issues, document build processes, and train production staff.
• Lead process-improvement initiatives, evaluate change impacts, and coordinate manufacturing activities and implementation timelines.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge and skills.
• Mastery of industry best practices and the ability to develop solutions for highly complex situations.
• Experience leading complex interdepartmental process-improvement teams.
• A+ Certification is required.
• Travel is required; a passport is required.
