What you will do
- Inspect, calibrate, and service manufacturing and test equipment.
- Plan and perform preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on production equipment.
- Lead the deployment of new equipment and preventive actions addressing equipment or infrastructure risks.
- Drive correction and continuous improvement events to improve production equipment performance.
- Diagnose and repair equipment while following safety practices and minimizing downtime.
- Communicate unplanned maintenance issues and return equipment to working condition after repairs.
Requirements
- Relevant work experience or knowledge of equipment technician responsibilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing tasks.
- Strong organization, planning, and time-management skills.
- Accountability for achieving goals and maintaining standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
