Implementation Consultant (SaaS)

Location: Remote in Canada

Salary: CA$80,000–CA$101,500 per year

What you will do

• Manage multiple standard-complexity implementation projects across Canada.
• Act as a trusted customer advisor, define project scope and objectives, and coordinate relevant stakeholders.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and task tracking in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with customer success and engineering teams on XML document overlays.
• Guide customers through SSO, API, and XML integration requirements.
• Manage expectations, escalate risks, and ensure delivery on time and within scope.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in project management, technical support, and/or customer success.
• Experience with project management methodologies; CAPM or PMP is preferred but not required.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users and develop solutions to customer challenges.
• Strong organizational, written, verbal, and presentation skills with close attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Effective communication in English and Canadian French is required. Understanding of SaaS and APIs is also required.

Nice to have

• Experience in the LMS industry, educational technology, or a fast-paced technical environment.
• CAPM or PMP certification.
