Implementation Specialist (SaaS)

Location: Remote, Nebraska, United States

Salary: $58,000–$77,000 per year, with potential variable pay and benefits.

What you will do

• Partner with customers to understand business requirements, operational workflows, and technical objectives.
• Translate customer requirements into implementation designs, configuration plans, integrations, workflows, and data mappings.
• Execute implementation plans, testing strategies, migrations, and validation activities.
• Lead customer meetings, status reviews, training, knowledge transfer, and adoption initiatives.
• Manage implementation risks, dependencies, roadblocks, and issue resolution throughout the deployment lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Transformation Consulting, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams while documenting decisions and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing B2B SaaS or enterprise software solutions.
• Experience with solution design, configuration, integration, testing, and validation.
• Proven project management experience driving initiatives from planning through execution.
• Strong technical aptitude, analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience collaborating with customers, architects, project managers, and technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Nice to have

• Experience in agriculture, energy, transportation, or weather-sensitive industries.
• Familiarity with service design methodologies and project management tools.
• Experience supporting enterprise SaaS implementations in complex customer environments.
