Sr. Implementation Manager - Grants

Location: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in the Oakville, Ontario office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Salary: CAD 88,000–110,000 per year

What you will do

• Serve as the primary client contact throughout end-to-end onboarding and lead kickoff meetings and implementation workshops.
• Gather business processes and requirements, then configure SaaS products, workflows, integrations, and system settings to meet client needs.
• Perform basic project management, including scope control, communication planning, risk evaluation, and change management support.
• Prepare data in Excel, perform initial data loads, write simple scripts, and create ad hoc or database-generated reports when required.
• Coordinate with sales, product management, customer success, and technical support to resolve issues and transition customers from sales to adoption.
• Develop and deliver client training, maintain implementation documentation and user guides, and improve implementation methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing implementation role, preferably in SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of software implementation processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, workshop leadership, collaboration, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Technical aptitude for learning new software applications and addressing implementation challenges.
• Experience designing and documenting reports from relational databases; SSRS or Power BI experience is a significant plus.

Nice to have

• High comfort level with Excel, and experience with CRM, ERP, enterprise software, or GovTech implementations.
• Familiarity with Jira, Cloud Coach, Autotask, Asana, or similar project tracking and time management tools.
