Solutions Manager (SaaS)

Annual base compensation: $70,000–$100,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead complex Course Planner implementation projects from start to finish for larger school district clients.
• Serve as the primary contact while coordinating with Customer Success Managers and client stakeholders.
• Review data feeds, identify data issues and dependencies, and coordinate data integrations.
• Translate customer needs and special use cases into practical technical configurations and solutions.
• Maintain project momentum, secure customer buy-in, and drive adoption throughout implementation.
• Document customer challenges and support product quality assurance and improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an implementation specialist or in a similar role within a B2B SaaS company.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, including understanding task dependencies and sequencing.
• Experience reviewing data files, identifying data problems, and manipulating data at scale.
• Confidence presenting to school district stakeholders and explaining technical concepts clearly.
• Clear, concise communication and the ability to simplify product and engineering terminology for customers.
• Proactive, resilient, and entrepreneurial approach in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with scripting, including Python.
• Experience working with JSON data.
