Senior Sales Engineer (Energy Storage)

Location: Remote from Poland; travel throughout EMEA is required.

What you will do

• Translate customer requirements into optimized energy storage solutions and technical proposals for the EMEA Sales team.
• Advise Sales teams and customers on energy storage technologies, product configuration, and technical solutions.
• Evaluate installation contractor proposals and support system integration and turnkey project delivery.
• Review and negotiate technical aspects of customer contracts.
• Translate customer application requirements into product roadmap insights and support system designs aligned with local codes and regulations.
• Identify and resolve technical deviations while travelling across EMEA to engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• At least two years of relevant professional experience in the power industry.
• Experience in energy storage, solar, power generation, industrial balance of plant, or EPC projects.
• Experience with offer management or technical contract review, plus CRM and engineering tools such as Salesforce and CAD.
• Ability to analyze complex technical challenges, communicate solutions clearly, and manage multiple parallel activities.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
