Regional Technical Consultant in Solar Energy

Location: Sweden or Denmark preferred; Norway and Finland hirify.global considered. Hybrid flexibility is available between home and hirify.global offices in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Oslo, and Tampere, with travel to Nordic customers.

What you will do

• Provide technical advice and support on solar inverters and battery-storage solutions to sales colleagues across hirify.global Nordics.
• Advise resellers, installers, and end customers as the technical point of contact.
• Build and maintain customer relationships, provide troubleshooting assistance, and resolve technical concerns.
• Monitor energy-market trends and new products in solar energy and storage.
• Participate in events, fairs, roadshows, business meetings, training, and certification workshops.
• Complete vendor-required technical pre-sales and after-sales certifications.

Requirements

• Completed education in Electrical Engineering.
• Several years of technical experience in the energy sector, such as installing solar-energy and battery-energy-storage systems.
• Knowledge of solar energy and energy storage, with the motivation to deepen technical expertise.
• Commercial mindset and strong customer-relationship skills.
• Professional English is required; one or more Nordic languages are preferred.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and travel to support Nordic customers.
