Contract Talent Acquisition Partner (High-Growth Health Tech)

Location: Remote USA; fully remote within the United States.

Compensation: $65–$80 per hour, depending on experience; 1099 contract basis.

What you will do

• Own full life-cycle recruiting from initial outreach through signed offer.
• Source and engage candidates creatively across member services, sales, and clinical roles.
• Represent the company’s mission and culture to prospective candidates.
• Partner with hiring leaders on job descriptions, interview design, and assessment strategy.
• Build candidate relationships and close top talent.
• Use recruiting technology and LLM/AI tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience performing in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated success with high-volume, high-pressure hiring.
• Strong judgment and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Comfort adopting new technologies and an AI-forward approach to recruiting.

Nice to have

• Corporate recruiting experience.
• Healthcare, insurance, or clinical recruiting experience.
• Active day-to-day use of LLMs and AI tools.
