Talent Acquisition Partner (Healthcare)

Location: Fully remote, but candidates must be based in the United States. A quiet, distraction-free workspace, reliable internet, and compliance with company security protocols, including VPN use and approved devices/software, are required.

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for professional and technical roles across Sales, Technology, Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Legal, Administration, and Operations.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and develop sourcing and recruiting strategies.
• Source and engage qualified passive candidates for specialized and difficult-to-fill positions.
• Screen and assess candidates, providing recommendations based on experience, capabilities, motivation, and role alignment.
• Prepare interview teams, manage ATS pipelines and documentation, and provide recruiting activity and market updates.
• Lead offer discussions and negotiations and coordinate pre-employment activities through handoff to onboarding.

Requirements

• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across professional and technical talent, functions, and levels.
• Experience recruiting across specialized functions such as Sales, Technology, Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, or Legal.
• Strong experience independently managing searches from intake and sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Demonstrated ability to proactively source and engage passive candidates and partner with hiring managers throughout selection.
• Strong judgment, candidate assessment, communication, relationship-building, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Must be based in the United States and able to maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies, including HIPAA-related requirements.
