Construction Project Manager (Heavy Civil Construction)

Location: Nashville, TN, US; work across office and field environments.

Salary: $110,000–$160,000 annual

hirify.global is hiring for a construction organization focused on large-scale heavy civil, water, wastewater, and utility infrastructure projects.

What you will do

• Manage heavy civil, water, and wastewater projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, vendors, material deliveries, superintendents, engineers, and project stakeholders.
• Maintain RFIs, submittals, drawings, specifications, and as-built documentation.
• Monitor construction progress, budgets, schedules, quality standards, and project reporting.
• Support field operations through coordination, safety procedures, problem resolution, and field observations.
• Assist with quantity tracking, cost control, estimating, quantity takeoffs, and pricing.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in heavy civil construction, water, or wastewater projects.
• 5+ years of construction project management or project engineering experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, project documentation, and as-built drawings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and project management software.
• Ability to work effectively in both office and field environments while managing multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, or estimating software.
