Senior Project Manager - Land Development

Location: Nashville, TN or Franklin, TN office

What you will do

• Lead land development project design, plan production, permitting, and construction support from concept through completion.
• Manage project tasks, budgets, schedules, technical quality, and client expectations across multiple assignments.
• Lead and mentor engineers and technicians while supporting individual professional development.
• Prepare proposals and client agreements and build relationships with clients, public agencies, and community leaders.
• Contribute to design and production standards, business development, and continuous improvement.
• Participate in professional associations and civic organizations supporting the local community.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline from an ABET-accredited program.
• Professional Engineer license in the state of Tennessee.
• 8+ years of experience managing substantial land development projects from conception to completion.
• Experience estimating the cost of technical project tasks.
• Extensive knowledge of design and construction practices.
• Experience identifying opportunities with existing clients and developing new client partnerships.

Nice to have

• Experience in the panhandle market.
