What you will do

• Lead interior design, technical, and management objectives across multiple projects and project phases.
• Collaborate with interiors, architecture, office leadership, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex projects.
• Develop client relationships, participate in strategic marketing pursuits, interviews, and presentations, and win new projects.
• Promote design excellence through formal and informal design reviews and advocacy for project quality.
• Mentor and develop designers, support hiring, and foster collaborative office environments.
• Advance sustainable design approaches that support healthy environments and occupant well-being.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or a closely related field from an accredited school.
• Active interior design certificate or registration as an architect in the country of residence.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in a relevant design-firm environment.
• Professional registration or licensure at the local level and strong knowledge of the local and regional market.
• Ability to lead project teams, develop presentations, and present to clients.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and strong communication, collaboration, mentoring, and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, Rhino, Enscape, and Bluebeam.
• Sustainability credentials, accreditations, or certificates in the country of residence.
• Health, science, higher education, or civic project experience.
• Active membership in industry associations.
