Interior Designer, Intermediate

Location: Dallas or Fort Worth, Texas, United States; four days in-office with flexibility to work outside the office on Fridays.

What you will do

• Develop creative, technically sound interior design solutions, including space plans, material and finish palettes, FF&E selections, and graphic presentations.
• Create 3D renderings, presentation drawings, and precise technical plans aligned with sustainability goals.
• Coordinate interior design and technical development with integrated project teams, project managers, and clients.
• Maintain project schedules, work plans, documentation, and construction/material cost alignment with project budgets.
• Apply BIM standards, oversee QA/QC processes, and resolve clash detection issues.
• Attend site walks and Construction Administration meetings, lead design collaboration, and communicate design solutions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional interior design experience in a professional design firm.
• Undergraduate degree in Interior Design.
• Professional licensure or active progress toward professional licensure.
• Proficiency in Revit and strong proficiency in A/E/I/P software; working knowledge of Bluebeam.
• Strong technical, conceptual design, communication, collaboration, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without work visa or residency sponsorship. Visa sponsorship is not offered, including for E, F-1, OPT, CPT, TN, J, or H-1B visas, now or in the future.

• Current portfolio or work samples submitted in PDF format.
