Project Architect, Luxury Markets

Location: Overland Park, Kansas, United States; hybrid work model with four days in the office and flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.

What you will do

• Develop creative and technically sound solutions for design challenges across mixed-use, hospitality, and private-market projects.
• Coordinate drawings, specifications, and project documentation with the design team while maintaining design intent, budgets, schedules, and work plans.
• Lead interdisciplinary collaboration and develop technical solutions using advanced architectural concepts.
• Integrate QA/QC procedures, practice standards, and BIM requirements into project deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance to less experienced staff and participate in client presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; a graduate degree is not required unless mandated by local licensure regulations.
• At least six years of professional architecture experience.
• Professional architectural licensure required.
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, SketchUp, rendering software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe Suite.
• Strong technical design, communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and continuous-learning skills.
• Current portfolio or work samples must be submitted in PDF format.

Nice to have

• LEED AP or other professional certifications.
