Financial Analyst (OneStream)

What you will do

• Gather, compile, research, normalize, and validate data from multiple sources for centralized analysis.
• Analyze trends, industry and company benchmarks, costs, and large volumes of financial data.
• Prepare spreadsheets, reports, charts, graphs, maps, presentations, and ad hoc analyses.
• Define data terms, document limitations, and provide recommendations based on findings.
• Administer user access, roles, security settings, and dimension hierarchies across multiple environments.
• Build business rules, configure data integrations, maintain metadata, and support month-end close and budgeting.

Requirements

• BS/BA or MS/MA in a related discipline.
• Generally 0–2 years of experience in a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts, data, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Ability to resolve missing or incomplete information, inconsistencies, and anomalies in complex data.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass applicable pre-employment assessments.

Nice to have

• Experience with OneStream and Power BI.
• Experience aggregating financial data across large, multi-system enterprise environments.
• Experience analyzing data in large distribution businesses.
• Certification in database or analysis tools.
