Senior FP&A Analyst (Finance)

What you will do

• Lead annual and quarterly planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning for assigned business units.
• Partner with managing partners and department heads to collect budget inputs and analyze financial performance.
• Build financial analyses and models to support growth initiatives, product launches, investment decisions, and cost optimization.
• Develop financial reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Improve financial planning processes, tools, and systems to increase efficiency, accuracy, and analytical quality.
• Maintain and enhance the FP&A reporting and modeling tool, OneStream.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and budgeting, preferably in a senior or managerial role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and advanced Excel functions.
• Experience with financial planning software such as OneStream or NetSuite is desirable.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organization, and collaboration skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
