What you will do

• Conduct moderately complex financial analysis and build models for the assigned division.
• Analyze current and forecast financial performance, budget trends, and operating requirements.
• Prepare variance reports, management reviews, economic reports, and financial recommendations.
• Evaluate profit plans, operating records, financial statements, return on investment, and project status.
• Administer the division incentive plan by tracking metrics, calculating payments, and assessing performance correlations.
• Recommend cost-saving, profit-generating, and profitability improvement strategies while coordinating with management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting; an MBA is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis or accounting, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Thorough knowledge of financial statements, financial analysis, and business strategies.
• Working knowledge of the banking industry; financial institution experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to work under stress, meet deadlines, and travel as required.
• Compliance with applicable federal, state, and local banking laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act.
