Data Center Construction- Mid to Senior Project Manager (Electrical)

Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana, United States; approximately 4–5 days per week onsite, subject to client needs.

Salary: $125,000–$165,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

What you will do

• Independently manage the full scope of data center and other critical-environment construction projects.
• Lead teams while managing project schedules, scope, budgets, risks, and contingency plans.
• Develop schedule and budget recovery plans and resolve complex project challenges and conflicts.
• Manage invoicing, collections, contracts, and add-services opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients, architects and engineers, contractors, general contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Conduct requirements gathering and needs assessments while maintaining the client’s project vision.

Requirements

• 7+ years of construction project management experience with a thorough understanding of building design and construction.
• 5+ years managing critical-environment construction projects such as data centers, laboratories, or hospitals.
• MEP experience in ground-up construction, with an electrical focus.
• Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide local support onsite in Fort Wayne approximately 4–5 days per week.
