Project Manager - Mission Critical (Data Center Construction)

Location: Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin, United States; full-time onsite role

Salary: $130,962.60–$149,671.54 per year

What you will do

• Manage overall data center project objectives across design and construction within approved budgets.
• Coordinate day-to-day field activities, information flow, costs, schedules, safety programs, and contractor performance.
• Lead project development and delivery as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings, decision-making, negotiations, change management, and solution development.
• Review trade contracts, bid packages, receiving processes, and site logistics plans.
• Establish QA/QC procedures, review inspection and test data, and conduct quality field inspections.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering, architecture, construction project management, or construction management, or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in civil or construction management.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a leadership role.
• Experience with commercial and industrial architecture and engineering, primarily focused on data center design and construction.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical groups in a fast-paced environment.
• Must work full time in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin.
