Sr. Analyst, Commercialization

Location: Chicago, IL — hybrid schedule with five days per week required and remote work available two days per week.

Salary: $89,800–$112,200 base salary per year, plus performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Manage product formula and packaging change projects across North American business units.
• Develop and maintain project timelines and execution plans.
• Act as the primary stakeholder contact, providing updates and resolving concerns.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate resources to meet project objectives.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure deliverables meet quality and scope requirements.
• Troubleshoot system and process bottlenecks and escalate corrective actions to PMO leadership and relevant functional teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a consumer-first environment, including 2 years in project management.
• Experience using project management software and tools such as MS Project, Excel, SAP, or Monday.com.
• Fluent English and strong stakeholder communication, collaboration, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience building relationships with peers, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with PLM/PDM systems and Stage Gate processes.
• Experience working with international teams and in remote work settings.
