Sr. Analyst, Project Management - EMRge Custom

Location: Minneapolis, United States; frequent paid travel to the Minneapolis headquarters is required for company events, team events, and in-person collaboration.

Salary: $75,000–$93,000 annually, inclusive of a 15% bonus.

What you will do

• Build and manage the EMRge Custom intake process, including request triage, scoping, sequencing, and prioritization.
• Coordinate delivery across Custom MMM & Analytics, Innovation & Partnership, Team Maintenance, and Edge Builder Support.
• Translate business requests into scoped work items with problem framing, acceptance conditions, resource requirements, and agile delivery increments.
• Define timelines, track delivery, manage scope changes, and communicate status and risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Monitor Data Science and Data Engineering capacity, identifying constraints, blockers, and delivery risks before they affect engagements.
• Use AI tools to synthesize project status, draft communications, maintain documentation, and identify patterns in intake and capacity data.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in project management, program management, or a related coordination role, including at least 1 year working directly with technical teams.
• Experience managing intake, prioritization, delivery tracking, and backlog clarity for technical work using tools such as Confluence, Jira, or ClickUp.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical work in clear, plain language.
• Ability to manage scope boundaries and make routine prioritization decisions independently.
• Experience creating and maintaining structured project documentation, including scope definitions, status updates, engagement outputs, and process changes.
• Experience with or active curiosity toward AI tools and their application to improve operational quality and efficiency.

Nice to have

• Background in marketing measurement, media analytics, attribution, incrementality testing, or marketing mix modeling.
• Familiarity with Databricks, BigQuery, or similar data platforms.
• Experience managing concurrent workstreams across Data Science and Data Engineering.
• Consulting or client services experience with a strong stakeholder relationship focus.
• Experience with Kanban, iterative delivery environments, and Atlassian tools including Jira, JSM, or Confluence.
