Manager of Commercialization (CPG)

Salary: $94,300–$122,600 annually

What you will do

• Lead commercialization projects for Away-from-Home and In-Store-Bakery initiatives from approval through launch and post-launch evaluation.
• Coordinate Marketing, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Technical Services, Finance, and Sales teams.
• Build and maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor progress, identify execution gaps, escalate issues, and facilitate governance meetings and leadership reviews.
• Ensure launch readiness across manufacturing, procurement, packaging, customer readiness, and distribution.
• Track value realization and improve commercialization processes, tools, governance, and planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Food Science, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in commercialization, project management, marketing, product development, operations, or related functions.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects from concept through launch and working with stage-gate processes.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
• Ability and willingness to travel approximately 15% of the time.

• Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods.
• Spanish proficiency.
