Salary: $102,750–$150,700 per year

What you will do

• Lead enterprise and business-unit strategic initiatives from concept through execution and value realization.
• Define program objectives, success criteria, implementation roadmaps, milestones, resources, and deliverables with executive and business stakeholders.
• Manage integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, dependencies, forecasts, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate Operations, Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Customer Support teams.
• Drive change management, process improvement, operational excellence, and stakeholder adoption.
• Prepare business cases, ROI analyses, executive updates, dashboards, governance reviews, and strategic planning materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in project, program, or strategic initiative management.
• Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional projects and business transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, governance practices, and executive stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration platforms.

Nice to have

• PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, Lean, or Six Sigma certification.
• Experience with digital transformation, product modernization, operational excellence, or enterprise software initiatives.
