Commercial (Finance) Project Manager

Location: Remote within the United States; travel to Richland, Mississippi is required approximately 25% of the time.

Base salary: $93,400–$133,400 annually, plus a 10% annual incentive target.

What you will do

• Develop financial models, KPIs, scenario analyses, and business cases for the factory expansion project.
• Monitor CAPEX, OPEX, cash flow, liquidity, purchase orders, budgets, forecasts, and commercial compliance.
• Prepare executive financial reports, commercial updates, forecasts, and project performance summaries.
• Partner with the Project Manager across project phases, identify financial risks, and support mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with finance, procurement, engineering, operations, and external stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting and effective execution.
• Support financial governance, internal controls, audits, accounting compliance, and project management guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial project management, financial analysis, project controlling, business controlling, or a related finance role.
• Experience supporting complex industrial, infrastructure, energy, or manufacturing projects.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, accounting principles, NPV, IRR, EBITDA, and payback analysis.
• Experience with SAP, advanced Excel modeling, and Power BI or Tableau.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
