Implementation Specialist II (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Manage a personal caseload of 70 to 90 trading partner requests for retail customers with proactive follow-ups.
• Guide vendors and manufacturers through connectivity requirements and portal setup.
• Coordinate setup and testing with internal mapping, trading partner support, and development teams.
• Lead recurring status calls with retail customers to track open items and go-live coordination.
• Utilize NetSuite for case management and Smartsheets for project coordination and updates.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 1+ year of customer-facing experience (customer service, project coordination, account management, or operations).
• Associate degree in business, technology, or a related field.
• Proven ability to handle high-volume work and maintain strong follow-up discipline.
• Comfortable with high-intensity customer situations and frequent phone communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and internet-based business tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with NetSuite, Smartsheets, or any ticketing system.
• Knowledge of B2B commerce, EDI, or supply chain processes.
• Experience with ERP or accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, Sage, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
