Business Planning Manager (Demand Planning)

Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, USA; hybrid workplace

Salary: $90,900–$170,100 in Zone A, $83,400–$155,900 in Zone B, or $75,800–$141,700 in Zone C, plus eligibility for incentive plans.

What you will do

• Create, review, and validate SKU-level demand signals across a rolling 24-month horizon.
• Use machine learning baseline forecasts, promotional volume, business intelligence, sales trends, POS data, and shipment trends to improve projections.
• Lead demand alignment meetings and monthly S&OP reviews with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
• Develop forecast rollups, upside/downside scenarios, risk assessments, gap analyses, and recommended actions.
• Prepare and publish forecast KPIs, including forecast accuracy and bias, and monitor orders against estimates.
• Identify process improvements, recommend solutions, and collaborate on implementing new tools and workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 3 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or a similar role; 5 years is preferred.
• Experience with advanced planning software tools and advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Strong data analysis, root-cause identification, problem-solving, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment eligibility verification is required.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• Consumer packaged goods experience.
• SQL and Power BI proficiency.
• Experience leading project teams and delivering concurrent activities on budget and on time.
