Program Specialist - Data Center Solutions

Location: Anoka, Minnesota, United States; hybrid schedule with four days per week at the Anoka headquarters and one day remote

Salary: $62,900–$116,900 annually, plus potential annual incentives

What you will do

• Receive and process customer drawings, specifications, technical instructions, EDI orders, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, sales, account managers, and program managers to develop customer solutions and set up new part numbers.
• Prepare simple quotations using costing tools and established pricing while accurately reflecting factory costs.
• Track strategic-account orders, shipment dates, product changes, costs, and prices; expedite deliveries when needed.
• Lead weekly open-order review calls and serve as the primary customer interface for assigned accounts.
• Work with logistics on shipment documentation and communicate customer expectations to operations.

Requirements

• Three or more years of related experience supporting a manufacturing environment or coordinating manufacturing-floor projects and processes is preferred.
• Knowledge of material flow, planning, scheduling, supply management, purchasing, ihirify.globalory, costing, and shipping and receiving.
• Experience with cross-functional coordination and business intelligence systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis and developing recommendations for resolution.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced, self-directed team environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; a bachelor’s degree is helpful.
