Senior Infrastructure Operations Analyst (Identity Access Management)

Location: Owings Mills, Maryland, United States; hybrid work with up to three days per week from home

Base salary for Maryland: $87,000–$148,000 per year, with potential discretionary bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Define and manage access roles, permissions, and entitlements according to least-privilege principles.
• Automate user provisioning, de-provisioning, and role changes across the identity lifecycle.
• Administer IAM platforms and directory services, including Entra ID, Azure AD, CyberArk, F5 APM, IBM Security Access Manager, and IBM LDAP Server.
• Implement and support SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, Kerberos, and OpenID authentication integrations.
• Monitor IAM service health, handle incidents and service requests in ServiceNow, and support vulnerability remediation.
• Plan migrations of on-premises workloads to AWS as part of the data center exit strategy while supporting backup, recovery, and disaster recovery capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in identity management, infrastructure operations, or related security disciplines.
• In-depth knowledge of AWS, cloud computing, identity integrations, Active Directory, Entra ID, DNS, and DHCP.
• Expertise with F5 Access Policy Manager, plus experience with IBM Security Access Manager and IBM LDAP Server.
• Intermediate Windows and Linux administration skills, including Active Directory domain integration, and experience with Microsoft Defender.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and/or Python, strong communication skills, and ability to participate in scheduled off-hours on-call rotations.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of certificate management.
• Experience with Centrify, NetBackup, Quest Active Roles, CyberArk, or Venafi.
