Senior Identity Specialist (IAM)

Location: USA - Remote

Annual salary: $130,000–$160,000, plus bonus or incentive pay.

What you will do

• Design, build, automate, scale, and continuously improve the global Identity Services ecosystem.
• Strengthen identity security by validating policies and configurations with the Information Security team and identifying emerging threats.
• Lead migrations and integrations into identity services.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams to solve complex identity and access challenges.
• Mentor, guide, and train support and operations teams through online sessions, documentation, and site visits.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field, plus 7 or more years of hands-on experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, SailPoint IdentityIQ or similar IGA platforms, and CyberArk or similar PAM solutions.
• Expertise in identity lifecycle management, access governance, and compliance with SOX, GxP, GDPR, and related security standards.
• Experience identifying and mitigating compliance risks and developing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with global virtual teams, troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and support operations.
