Senior Consultant, Professional Services Federal and Enterprise Business (IAM)

Location: Washington, DC, United States. Full-time onsite role; travel and flexible working hours may be required for customer implementations. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and hold an active Top Secret clearance with polygraph.

Salary: $170,000–$195,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Provide technical and consultative leadership for complex Federal and enterprise IAM engagements.
• Develop technical architecture, engagement strategies, implementation plans, and IAM road maps.
• Define enterprise integrations and conduct customer design workshops, presales meetings, and presentations.
• Implement, design, develop, and test RSA solutions and associated components at customer sites.
• Lead technical initiatives, assign project work, and perform project quality assurance reviews.
• Build relationships with client technical counterparts, resolve implementation issues, and report progress to project managers.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in software consulting or IT services, focused on Identity and Access Management.
• In-depth IAM knowledge, including LDAP/AD, SAML, SSO, MFA, PKI, IAM products, and technologies.
• Strong API knowledge, scripting with Python and PowerShell, and understanding of information and network security fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with databases, Java, Linux, and Windows, plus good cloud infrastructure knowledge.
• Public-sector consulting experience with the US Federal Government, including DoD or civilian agencies.
• Active Top Secret clearance with polygraph and legal authorization to work in the US are required.

Nice to have

• Development experience with Python, REST, and PowerShell.
• RHCE, CISSP, Security+, or ITIL certification.
• Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring peers.
