Data Center Construction - Mid to Senior Project Manager (Scheduler) (Data Center)

Location: Buffalo, WV, with approximately 4–5 days per week onsite, subject to client needs.

Salary: $90,000–$135,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

What you will do

• Independently manage the full scope of construction projects while supporting components of other projects.
• Lead and mentor project teams while managing schedules, scope, and budgets.
• Manage project risks, contingency planning, and schedule and budget recovery plans.
• Represent client objectives and maintain trusted relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
• Coordinate with clients, architects and engineers, contractors, general contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Manage invoicing, collections, add-service opportunities, requirements gathering, and complex project issues.

Requirements

• 2+ years of construction scheduling experience and a thorough understanding of building design and construction processes.
• Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience scheduling critical-environment projects such as data centers, laboratories, or hospitals.
• Experience with ground-up, vertical construction scheduling.
• 2+ years of P6 scheduling experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
