Senior Project Manager (ADMS)

Location: Portland, Oregon; candidates near other company offices may also be considered. Travel to client locations may be required up to 50% of the time.

Salary: USD $125,008–$180,024 per year. Employees may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Lead Advanced Distribution Management System implementations throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Own project scope, cost, schedule, risks, budgets, and delivery across multiple business and technical workstreams.
• Assemble and manage delivery teams, vendors, subcontractors, consultants, and client resources.
• Develop Statements of Work, workflow plans, schedules, resource forecasts, and risk mitigation plans.
• Coordinate systems analysis, technical design, implementation, procurement, testing, production turnover, and client migration.
• Lead core team and steering committee meetings while reporting progress, changes, and risks to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of project management experience in the utility domain.
• Experience leading large-scale, enterprise-wide operational technology projects in electric or gas utilities.
• Previous experience implementing large ADMS programs, preferably on the technology vendor side.
• Strong organizational, decision-making, presentation, communication, leadership, team-building, budgeting, and financial skills.
• Proficiency with MS Project and the MS Office Suite.
• PMP certification and willingness to travel up to 50% or as needed to client locations.
