Design Coordinator-Industrial (Industrial Architecture)

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States; full-time, regular position.

What you will do

• Evaluate, select, and apply architectural techniques, procedures, and modifications to construction documents.
• Perform architectural assignments with general direction from the Project Architect or Project Manager.
• Manage BIM models across multiple projects using Revit and related tools.
• Work with owners and clients to select and recommend procedures when needed.
• Write architectural specifications and perform code reviews.
• Support Project Architects, coordinators, and technicians across all phases of the architectural process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field.
• Credentials eligible for future professional registration, with a desire to pursue registration.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Revit and familiarity with related tools and processes.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.
• Strong leadership, communication, relationship management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated graphic presentation skills and commitment to active participation in an employee-owned culture.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Experience in data centers and industrial architecture.
• Experience or interest in sustainable design and LEED.
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, and 3-D Studio Max.
• Experience with Rhino and Grasshopper.
