Architectural Designer, Entry-Level K-12

Location: Phoenix, Arizona, United States. Hybrid work model with four days in the office and flexibility to work from home on Fridays.

What you will do

• Support project development and contribute to project deliverables in collaboration with experienced design professionals.
• Develop layout designs, design analyses, code studies, and basic architectural and aesthetic features.
• Coordinate drawings and specifications, prepare assigned document sections, and apply BIM standards.
• Propose technical solutions, support design excellence, and resolve clash detection issues through quality control procedures.
• Collaborate with project teams to communicate design ideas and meet project schedules and deadlines.
• Build architectural knowledge and assist with marketing and business development efforts.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Architecture.
• 0–5 years of professional architecture experience.
• Proficiency in Revit and knowledge of Bluebeam and other standard architecture software.
• Strong technical, written, verbal, and graphic communication skills.
• Knowledge of architectural materials, methods, tools, design techniques, and sustainable design principles for small to moderate-sized buildings.
• Current portfolio or work samples submitted in PDF format.

Nice to have

• LEED AP or other professional certifications.
