Location: Chicago, Illinois, United States, or Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States; four days in-office with flexibility to work outside the office on Fridays

Salary: $69,800–$119,020 USD annually, depending on location, experience, and skills.

What you will do

• Develop creative and technically sound architectural solutions for hospitality projects and complex design assignments.
• Coordinate drawings, specifications, and project documentation with the design team, project manager, and BIM manager.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration and contribute innovative design ideas and technical solutions.
• Integrate QA/QC procedures and practice standards into project deliverables, resolving documentation issues.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, work plans, and delivery deadlines while supporting project quality.
• Provide technical guidance to less experienced staff and participate in client presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; a graduate degree is not required unless mandated by local licensure regulations.
• At least six years of professional architecture experience.
• Professional architectural licensure required.
• Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and standard architectural software.
• Competence in technical design, investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of solutions that meet client needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication, multitasking, initiative, problem-solving skills, and commitment to continuous learning.

Nice to have

• LEED AP or other professional certifications.
• Current portfolio or work samples submitted in PDF format.
