Application Engineer II/Sr (HVAC)

Location: Schofield, Wisconsin, United States; work is performed in an office environment with occasional in-person meetings and travel for onsite support.

Starting base pay: $95,161–$130,485 per year.

What you will do

• Provide moderately complex technical support by phone and email for product selection and application.
• Develop solutions, designs, and special pricing for unique applications.
• Investigate complex field problems, document service calls, and provide resolutions, including onsite support when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of industry codes and standards and communicate product selling points to sales teams and customers.
• Organize and deliver training for internal and external customers, including onsite and offsite sessions and industry events.
• Build relationships across the representative network and sales channel while supporting process improvements, competitor analysis, mentoring, and moderately complex team projects.

Requirements

• For Application Engineer II: 3–5 years of relevant engineering experience required.
• For Application Engineer Sr: 6–9 years of relevant engineering experience required.
• A two-year associate degree in engineering or equivalent years of job experience is required.
• A four-year bachelor’s degree is preferred.
