Application Engineer II/Sr (HVAC)

Location: Schofield, Wisconsin, United States; work is performed in an office environment with occasional mobility for in-person meetings, offsite training, events, and onsite field support.

Starting base pay: $95,161–$130,485 per year.

What you will do

• Provide moderately complex technical support on product selection and application to internal and external sales teams.
• Develop solutions for unique applications, including special product designs and pricing.
• Gather information and resolve complex field problems, including occasional onsite support.
• Apply industry codes and standards to determine product needs and requirements.
• Communicate product selling points, maintain competitor awareness, and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Develop and deliver training for internal and external customers, support events, and build relationships across the representative network and sales channel.

Requirements

• Application Engineer II: 3–5 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Application Engineer Sr: 6–9 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Two-year associate degree in engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Four-year bachelor's degree in engineering preferred.
• Ability to work in an office environment and use standard office equipment.
