Technical Recruiter (Aerospace)

Location: Los Angeles, California, United States; on-site. The role requires eligibility under U.S. ITAR export regulations, such as U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, protected individual status, or eligibility to obtain the necessary authorizations.

Salary: $110,000–$165,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for primarily technical roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers, technical leads, and the People team to define requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Source and engage candidates through direct outreach, referrals, and creative recruiting channels.
• Maintain structured interview processes and a high-quality candidate experience.
• Use Ashby ATS to manage candidate flow, maintain data integrity, and report recruiting metrics.
• Drive pipeline volume and hiring throughput across assigned roles.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated success sourcing and closing technical or hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, or an equivalent ATS.
• Previous recruiting experience in ITAR or another highly regulated industry.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, scaling company.
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

• Recruiting experience in RF engineering, embedded systems, software engineering, or aerospace hardware.
• Experience in high-growth technology, aerospace, or engineering-focused environments.
