Technical Recruiter (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite full-time in Hawthorne, CA (Los Angeles area). Hybrid and remote work will not be considered.

Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with client groups to determine headcount, define hiring strategies, and review interview feedback.
• Utilize non-standard sourcing methods to identify and engage passive candidates and industry experts.
• Coordinate the candidate experience, including conducting onsite tours for finalists.
• Execute the offer process, including negotiating packages and initiating background checks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of recruiting experience, or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder), Refugee, or Asylee to comply with ITAR regulations.
• Ability to work onsite full-time in Hawthorne, CA.
• Availability to work extended hours and weekends as required.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience, particularly with electrical, mechanical, and aerospace engineers.
• Experience with high-volume in-house recruiting and SGA roles.
• Proven success in cold calling and executing ad hoc networking events.
• Comfort interfacing directly with Director and VP-level technical leadership.
