Sr. Technical Recruiter (Aerospace)

Salary: $115,000 - $150,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding for mission-critical positions.
• Partner with client groups to define headcount, hiring strategies, and evaluate interview feedback.
• Source passive candidates and manage the pipeline for high-level technical roles.
• Coordinate the end-to-end candidate experience, including conducting facility tours.
• Lead the offer process, including salary negotiations, background checks, and extending offer letters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of recruiting experience (or equivalent professional experience).
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee (ITAR requirements).
• Experience recruiting electrical, mechanical, and aerospace engineers.
• Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Availability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-volume and in-house corporate recruiting.
• Expertise in non-standard sourcing methods such as cold calling and executing ad hoc networking events.
• Comfort with reviewing, evaluating, and reporting on recruiting data.
• Ability to interface directly with Director and VP level technical leaders.
