Technical Recruiter (Starbase)

Location: Starbase, TX (Brownsville area); onsite full-time. Hybrid and remote work will not be considered.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening through offer, background checks, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers on headcount planning, requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback.
• Source passive candidates through targeted campaigns, cold outreach, networking events, and industry research.
• Evaluate candidates, recommend finalists, and participate in interviews with technical client groups.
• Coordinate onsite candidate visits, including tours and the overall candidate experience.
• Present and negotiate offer packages while maintaining accurate candidate and recruiting data.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience; associate degree and 2+ years of experience; or 3+ years of professional recruiting experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with technical recruiting, preferably involving electrical, mechanical, or aerospace engineers and skilled labor.
• Experience with in-house, high-volume, and full life-cycle recruiting.
• Ability to assess recruiting data, distinguish highly qualified talent, and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to work autonomously, multitask, and collaborate with director- and VP-level technical leaders.
• Must be eligible under U.S. ITAR requirements as a U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, asylee, or applicant eligible to obtain the required U.S. authorizations.
