Facility Manager - Residential Parking Operations

Location: New York, New York; onsite

Compensation: $21.00 / hour

What you will do

• Support the Operations Manager with daily operations of the residential parking facility.
• Supervise, coach, develop, schedule, and train location staff.
• Maintain client and Property Manager relationships and respond to requests.
• Monitor facility cleanliness, safety, maintenance work, and project completion.
• Control ticket inventory, cash flow, reports, and audits to reduce loss.
• Respond to guest concerns, accidents, incidents, and safety issues while providing frontline coverage as needed.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Previous supervisory experience and experience in account management and revenue collection.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide documentation verifying employment eligibility.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the parking industry.
